Many of our builders are good sources of information about land in their areas, and they can help you evaluate land you may be considering. It’s also important that your home design fully incorporates the characteristics of the homesite you choose.

You will be working closely with the builder during the design and building process, and it’s important that you feel compatible with him or her, and that he or she fully understands your design goals. At Epoch Homes, we have hundreds of home designs for you to review as you develop your own custom plan. Work with our Design Department to adapt them to your requirements. Or you may want to come up with your own design, and then work with Epoch Homes to engineer it for efficient modular manufacturing.
