Tour Our Factory

Factory tours are held five times a year on Saturdays during the Factory Open House. There are Factory Open Houses in March, April, May, September, and October. Check our Upcoming Events page.

You can also schedule a factory tour with our Sales Department. These personal tours are available on an appointment only basis Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays between 9 AM and 2 PM. Please call Dave Wrocklage at least 2 days prior to your desired date and time. He can be reached at 603-225-3907 x14.

IMPORTANT! To tour the Epoch Factory, you MUST be wearing regular shoes or sneakers. No flip flops or open toed shoes/sandals. We are unable to accommodate strollers or wheelchairs on the plant floor. It is extremely important that parents are in control of children at all times, as this is a working construction site. Your safety is important to us!
